  Louisiana Trophy Hunter Membership 5 (five) to 15(fifteen) year lease option includes a private campsite area on the Red River with year round access for members and their guest. Located in the Big Buck Corridor of Avoyelles Parish. Members will be allowed to build their own camp in their own private area! Each member or their guest be allowed 5(five) mature buck tags, 10(ten) mature doe tags per deer season. This is Trophy Whitetail hunting grounds, but in season and specified areas you or your guest my enjoy Turkey, Squirrel, Rabbit, Woodcock and Duck Hunt. Year round camping, Wild Hog and Varmint Hunting, access to lots of fishing.

Lease total cost per year includes year round private camp site, water well, sewer system, hunting blinds, hunting stands, deer feed year round, deer food plots, fertilize feed trees and natural vegetations, maintain roads, maintain equipment and all fuel for maintenance equipment and most important Deer Management, stand placement and natural undisturbed habitat areas to grow record book bucks.         I join in on over 50 square miles of hardwood bottom land along the Red River within these woods there are six (WMA) Wildlife Management Areas all within 10 miles in the same woods. They are in counter clock wise order surrounding me Three Rivers WMA, Red River WMA, Grassy Lake WMA, Lake Ophelia WMA, Spring Bayou WMA, and Pomme De Terre WMA. Hunt with the best or Hunt with the rest! On the best Louisiana Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunting land in the state of Louisiana. Not only the greatest deer hunting, but overwhelmingly the top Turkey hunting grounds in the state. The state has trapped 200 turkey off this particular property for relocation every year. We also are in the middle of the Mississippi Flyway and our slews and flooded green timber are great for some of the finest timber duck hunting imaginable. Our big woods are bountiful with Trophy Whitetail, Turkey, Wild Boar, Squirrel, Rabbit and Woodcock! No kill no pay policy, You will be allowed to book your hunt at a cost of the guide fee, meals and lodging only $280.00 per day if booking three or more. You pay only for what you Kill or for only $250.00 one person may book a drive in Hunt and hunt the one day. One hundred dollars will go to the days guide fee. The other $150.00 will pay for any hog you wish to harvest if given the opportunity and any varmints you wish to take or may apply to the cost of  Whitetail Deer. Harvest fees are as follows: harvest fees starting at $500.00 per whitetail doe and $2700.00 for 140” to 150" Boone and Crockett. 151” Buck will be $4900.00 and every inch there after will be $500.00 per inch up to 159 inches. Our doe hunts are priced for groups at $1100.00 per person hunting will be allowed three mature does each member. Member may allow another person to take their mature does with no extra charge as long as they are on the same stand. If you wish to seperate an additional stand used will cost $100.00 per stand per hunt.

Louisiana Dove hunt $100.00 per person paid in advance or $125.00 at the dove field! Our dove hunting this season will be in Avoyelles Parish, Louisiana on some of the finest agricultural ground in this area. This is dove country along the Mississippi flyway.
